You will also explore Kollam which is also known as the ‘Gateway to Kerala Backwaters’. In Kollam explore the entire beautiful town. Alleppey is best known for houseboating and you will glide through the picturesque hamlets in houseboat to reach Kumarakom. You will spend a night in a houseboat and enjoy the experience. You will explore the length and breadth of the famous wildlife sanctuary in Periyar. Cochin has a lot places to explore like Kochi Fort, Mattancherry Palace Cherai Beach and more. You can also enjoy a Kathakali dance performance at an exclusive venue.

Day 1: Trivandrum - Kovalam
Upon arrival at the Trivandrum airport, meet our representative who’ll assist you in smooth transfer to the Kovalam Beach, check in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the day while relaxing on the beach. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 2: Kovalam
Morning at the Kovalam Beach, enjoy a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage in the beach resort.

Day 3: Kovalam – Kollam (80 km / 2 hrs)
Early morning, leave by road for Kollam, also known as the ‘Gateway to Kerala Backwaters’. On reaching Kollam, check into the scenic backwater resort, known as Ashtamudi Lake.

Day 4: Alleppey
After an early morning breakfast leave by road for Alleppey,on reaching Alleppey, board the houseboat and glide through the picturesque hamlets to reach Kumarakom. Stay overnight in the houseboat.

Day 5: Alleppey – Periyar (150 km / 4 hrs)
Morning breakfast leave for Thekkady. Explore the length and breadth of the famous wildlife sanctuary in Periyar. Overnight stay in Periyar.

Day 6: Periyar
Morning starts with a boat cruise in the Periyar Lake. In the afternoon set off to explore the spice plantations. Stay overnight in Periyar.

Day 7: Periyar- Cochin (160 km / 4 hrs)
In the morning, take a road trip to Cochin. Upon arrival in Cochin, check into the resort to relax. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise and explore the nearby islands. In the evening, enjoy a Kathakali dance performance at an exclusive venue. Stay overnight in Cochin.

Day 8: Departure
In the morning, embark on a sightseeing tour of Cochin which includes Cochin Fort, Chinese Fishing Nets, Jewish Synagogue and Mattancherry Palace. Post lunch, leave by road for airport and board the flight back home.
